A. PRIVACY NOTICE FOR TRIBO PLATFORM

Thank you for downloading and using our Platform, through our website and our application software (“Platform”). We hope you enjoy learning more about Ice Entertainment, TRIBO and our products and services.


We respect your privacy and we want to offer you a tailored service.

We collect personal data for specific purposes based on your consent or on a legitimate ground linked to the use of the Platform.

We may share your data with partners and other services providers and you will be informed when their own privacy policy applies.

You have the right to access your data and ask for correction or deletion.

1.           SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY NOTICE AND YOUR CONSENT


We respect your right to privacy in the on-line world when you use our Platform. By using it or by giving us your personal data, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to this Privacy Notice, please do not use our Platform. ICE Entertainment reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Notice at any time and we will communicate to you any substantial changes.


2.           WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU


We only collect personal information that is necessary for a specific purpose or that you provide to us with your consent, based on your actions and behaviours or for a legitimate reason:

  • Personal contact information such as name, email, phone number, picture and demographic information, including age range or location;

  • Account login information to interact on the platform;

  • Device Information, including IP address, type of the device, operating system, device ID, crash data;

  • Payment information of event organizers, if applicable;

  • Your comments and user-generated content, including any content (e.g. photos, videos and personal stories) that you create and share by uploading it to our Platform.

We also use cookies and other tracking technology which collect certain kinds of information when you interact with our sites and apps.  You can find more information in our Cookie Notice.

We may collect personal data about you from other sources including third party data aggregators, promotional partners, public sources and third party social networking sites. Such information may include personal contact information and any personal data part of your profile on a third party social network and that you allow that third party to share with us pursuant to their rules.

3.           THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AND USED


We may collect and use your personal information for a number of purposes, including:

  • to allow you to create and access your user account;

  • to respond to your queries;

  • to develop consumer engagement and for marketing purposes, including direct marketing and social features with social networks;

  •  to combine with information we receive from others to help understand your needs and to provide you with better service, including customizing sites and products for you and serving you interest-based advertising;

  • to fulfil your orders and purchases, in particular for event organizers;

  • for security and maintenance; for reporting and auditing; and for risk, dispute and record management.


4.           WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA


We may disclose your personal data to our service providers, media agencies or messenger platforms, commercial partners, such as Organizers (see point 5.) and authorities if so requested by law.

You can connect your TRIBO account to your accounts on third party services like Facebook, in which case we may collect and process information relating to your account. If you connect with Facebook, we store your Facebook identity, name, email, location, friends list and profile picture and use them to connect with your Facebook account to provide certain functionality on the Platform. The third party platform’s use of information collected from you (or as authorized by you) is governed by the third party’s privacy policy and your settings on the service.


5.           USERS PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARED WITH / COLLECTED BY THE ORGANIZERS


ICE Entertainment follows a “co-ownership model” with respect to User information. This means that part of User information shared by a User on event pages posted by an Organizer on the Platform (e.g. name and e-mail address) will be shared with the applicable Organizer and may also be used by ICE Entertainment in accordance with our Privacy Notice, including marketing or promotion of other events or services that may be of interest to the applicable User.

We may allow Organizers to use our email tools to contact Users for their current and past events, and/or for the offers and services displayed on the Organizer page, so you may receive emails from our system that originate with such Organizers. If you have registered for an event on the Platform, your email may be available to that Organizer.

You agree that we are not responsible for the actions of these Organizers with respect to your personal data. It is important that you review the applicable policies of the Organizers provided on the Platform or on the Organizer’s Platform.

At your request, ICE Entertainment might delete or anonymize your data from the Platform at which time it will no longer be available to Organizer or will no longer be linked to an identifiable User. However, you should note that your data may still be available in the Organizer’s own databases if transmitted prior to ICE Entertainment receiving the underlying request.


6.           HOW DO WE STORE, SECURE AND RETAIN DATA


We take all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure and against other misuse. Your personal data will not be sold or disclosed to any other third parties except as provided in the Privacy Notice

When the personal data that we collect is no longer required for the given purpose or for legal requirements, we destroy or delete it in a secure manner.

7.           YOUR RIGHTS


You can request access to the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at info@triboapp.com. You have the right to tell us if you would like to withdraw your consent, correct, update or delete your personal data in our records. To assist us in dealing with your request, please provide your full name and details.

You may opt-out at any time from marketing communications, including targeted advertising messages, by following the ‘opt-out’ options provided or by contacting us (info@triboapp.com). You may also limit the use of tracking technologies (such as cookies for which you can set your browser to warn you before accepting them, or you can simply set it to refuse them).


8.            HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AND HOW COMPLAINTS WILL BE HANDLED


ICE Entertainment acts as “data controller” for the personal data it processes in the framework of this Privacy Notice.

ABOUT COOKIES

A cookie is a small piece of information which is sent to the hard drive of your device by a web server so that some information about your browsing activity can be collected.

We use the term “cookie’ for any technology that is collecting information from your device, such as information about your use of our apps and websites, about your device such as the device ID, IP address and browser type, demographic data and if applicable the URL of the linking page.

We also use web beacons or pixel tags to allow us to count visitors who have viewed our pages or read our promotional e-mail messages/newsletters. They are not used to access your personal information without your consent.
